01Overview
ONO wanted more than a leaderboard: a place where every stream event (races, hunts, giveaways, guessing games) has its own page and fair, checkable results.
I built the platform end to end, plus YUKI, a custom Discord bot with levels, moderation and a Degen Coins economy for the community.
02What I built
Leaderboards
Monthly and weekly boards with podium, rank changes, previous periods and CSV import.
Races
Time-boxed races scored from wager growth, frozen once they end.
Tournaments
8-seed brackets; the higher multiplier advances and ties are replayed.
Guess the Balance
Viewers guess from Kick chat; the closest guess wins, with clear tie rules.
Giveaways
Entries read from Kick chat, winners drawn on the server with a verifiable seed.
Control room
Stats, charts, payouts preview and a switch for every page of the site.

04Problems I solved
01Races people can trust
The problem
Scoring a race from a wager feed is easy to get wrong when a player appears late or a sync is missed.
The fix
Scores are the growth between a baseline sync and the last sync before the end. A race only freezes after a sync newer than its end, and stale data needs an explicit admin finalise.
02Guessing games from chat
The problem
Chat is noisy: duplicate guesses, edits, late messages.
The fix
Guesses arrive through Kick's signed webhook. One guess per user, the latest counts, anything after the deadline is ignored, and ties go to the earliest final guess.
03Giveaways anyone can verify
The problem
Viewers often suspect a draw was rigged.
The fix
The winner is chosen on the server from a seed committed before the draw, so the result can be checked afterwards.
04A safe admin panel
The problem
Many features means many ways to change data by mistake.
The fix
Every admin change re-checks the session and is written to an audit log. Any page can be switched off from settings.
